Poor dietary choices are frequent causes of stressed liver…
Refined carbs (maida, white rice in excess),
high-sugar drinks (chai mein 3-4 teaspoon sugar + cold drinks),
repeated deep-frying mein same tel ka use (oxidised oils),
excessive butter on top of already calorie-rich food, and
ultra-processed packaged snacks.
Ironically, too much fruit juice—Drinking only sugar without fiber—is harmful to the liver.
Fructose goes directly to the liver and can be converted into fat.
